Meet Dr Conrad Headley, Dac, LAc.
Dr. Conrad Headley is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Pennsylvania with advanced academics and clinical training in Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities.
Dr. Headley’s introduction to acupuncture began during the HIV/AIDS and opioid epidemic of the late 1980s and 1990s- a time that deeply affected both his family and the senior community.
A life-changing experience occurred when his 12 -year-old son contracted a severe case of whooping cough that did not improve despite months of conventional medical treatment and antibiotics. His son experienced
- Persistent coughing
- Fatigue
- Weight loss
- Sweating
- Loss of appetite
Seeking alternative treatment options, Dr. Headley and his wife visited a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic at Pacific College of Oriental medicine.
After the first acupuncture treatment, his son, experienced significant improvement. The second treatment resulted in the remaining symptoms, being completely resolved.
This experience inspired Dr. Headley to pursue a lifelong path in Traditional Chinese Medicine and become a practitioner dedicated to helping others heal, naturally and holistically.
